Cloud Gate is British artist's Anish Kapoor's first public outdoor work installed in the United States. Constructed between 2004-2006 and nicknamed "The Bean", it is among the largest of its kind in the world. It's made of 168 highly polished stainless steel plates and stands at 33 feet high, 66 feet long.
Unfortunately the only place you can see this work of art is in the Millennium Park, Chicago, IL. Trust me, with sculptures like this and the wonderful food in that city, it's worth the visit.
