Above 30 degrees for 7 days! How did we get so lucky in February? Last month was brutal for The Project Ladies. Layers on top of layers put a damper on us when it came to showing some skin.


Since the entire week will be above 30 degrees, we should dress it up. Of course The Project Crew is up for the challenge. Here are 7 outfits that should go perfect with tights, cardigans and coats.
