This summer, the Barbican Art Gallery will showcase the works of Dutch fashion designers Viktor & Rolf.
Collaborating since 1992, Viktor Horsting & Rolf Snoeren gave us their first Haute Couture catwalk show in January 1998, which was followed by four more inspirational collections that helped secure their place in fashion history.
Over the past 15 years, Viktor & Rolf have taken the fashion world by storm with their particular blend of avant-garde pieces and surreal beauty. This is the first time that an exhibition has been devoted to this influential duo in the United Kingdom .
The House of Viktor & Rolf, which overtakes both floors of the Gallery, charts their career within the context of a specially commissioned installation by Viktor & Rolf.
The exhibition started June 18th and will end September 21, 2008.
