Ordinary items are being transformed into extraordinary works of art. Record covers, plastic spoons & forks and phone books are given another life by extremely creative artists.The exhibit, appropriately called, “Second Lives: Remixing the Ordinary," will showcase works from over 50 artists and designers.
There is a big pyramid created with 9,273 plastic spoons & 3,091 rubber bands, a gorgeous chandelier made with hypodermic needles, and exotic jewelry made with safety pins, steel handgun triggers and wooden rulers.
